How we use information

Legal bases (GDPR visitors)

Where GDPR applies: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, service improvement), consent (non-essential cookies/marketing), and legal obligation.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted processors (hosting, email, scheduling, analytics if consented) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by New Zealand law.

Overseas disclosure

Some processors may store data outside New Zealand (e.g. cloud hosting). We take reasonable steps to ensure comparable safeguards, including contractual protections where appropriate under IPP 12.
